Boreholes special problems and special solutions

The borehole special problem of this customer was galvanic corrosion. I installed this Franklin motor just one year ago, replacing an old pump that got burned because of dry run. The bad quality of the water damaged the probes, that due to the hardness, got covered with calcium, so the level control of the control box didn’t work and the motor got burned.

but all of a sudden, a worst problem appeared:

I already saw this kind of problem, but it’s very strange that it appears in just a year… especially because I installed a Franklin motor!

Generally if you install a cheap import 4″ motor you can find the pump oxidized quite soon, also after a month.

This is because of the bad quality of the materials, but when I install a Franklin I don’t expect to find a shorted to ground, oxidized motor in just a year!

It never happened to me, for this reason, this time we are NOT going to replace Franklin with Franklin. I prefer to choose the ITALIAN QUALITY.

I explained my problem to my friend Eris from APD technology https://www.apdtechnology.it/en/ that suggested me the best solution to this problem: a 4″ motor completely in AISI316 and double mechanical seal.
