Fixing irrigation booster set
Today I tell you about an irrigation booster set lately repaired.
The customer called us to fix two problems: a constant water leak from one of the two pumps and an old control box that didn’t work properly.

We explained to the customer that the origin of the leak was not the inlet or the outlet of the pump, but the damaged mechanical seal, in this situation we make a report and pass the quotation of repairing work.
The customer accepts the quotation and we bring the pump to our workshop for the fixing
Yes, this is how it looks like an ESPA MULTI35 4 N pump disassembled.
We replace mechanical seal and bearings with high quality new ones.
We also replace the old damaged control box with a new TOSCANO vigilec that we bought from our area dealer BAEZA.
We go back to reinstall the repaired pump and the new control box
We verify the automatic switch of the two pumps of the booster set and send a video to the customer:
