On-site repair of a pool pump

We are in a hurry because the house has to be rent very soon.
The first problem we see is the dirtiness that blocks skimmers and pump prefilter

And now we focus on the electrical part.
Analysis of motor and electrical part:
The capacitor is damaged. To keep on fixing the pump on-site, we need to understand if the pump is worth repairing or if will be necessary to install a new one, so we install a new capacitor, check the old thermal protector and we execute a couple of electrical tests to the motor.
The pump motor passes all the electrical tests, so we execute a noise test on the ball bearings.
Ball bearings noise test:
Ball bearings noise is acceptable. The pump can work the whole summer before to make the maintenance.
It’s possible to reinstall the pool pump and leave it at work immediately using the only bottom inlet and leaving the skimmer inlet valve closed.
We tell to the new gardener that it’s important to leave the skimmer inlet valve closed, until the skimmers will be cleaned.
Eventually, we purge the air from the system and leave the pump ready to work:
